I had previously listed my house with another agent and did not get many showings or any offers and did not feel that my agent was doing everything possible to sell my house. I withdrew my listing from the market and decided to wait a few months before relisting. I received a call from Morgan Malcolm with Wilson Group Real Estate and set up an appointment to met with her. We were on the same page about marketing my home and highlighting all the positives. I hired Morgan and she did everything she said she would. She made sure all the photos were perfect and accurately showed my house. We had so many showings and multiple offers. Morgan helped me go through the offers to select the best one which was over my listing price! We had a very easy transaction through to closing and Morgan made sure to let me know with weekly updates everything that I needed to do. Her communication was great and I knew that everything was getting taken care of which was important because I was moving out of state.
